1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

 

2. Pricing: All prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on selected delivery method.

 

3. Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (for prepaid orders) or explicit order confirmation for COD.

 

4. Made to Order: All products are prepared fresh to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

5. Limitation of Liability: Masala and Spice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
